A professor takes who takes a profound interest in alien life forms begins hearing strange sound over the radio. With the help of a translation book, he discovers that the sounds are actually mayday signal. This discovery leads him to begin the construction of a space craft, which he will use to rescue the unknown sufferer. He sequesters the help of his friends in collecting materials, but leaves them in the dark as to what he is up to. In the end, we discover things are not what they seem and this his rescue mission is in vain. |
