A masked compassionate figure cares for an elderly man who appears to be partly paralyzed and incapable of caring for himself. The figure is responsible for feeding the elder man and giving him his medicine. He also attempts to pacify the man’s inner pain by helping him play the piano. His precision and exacting knowledge reveal a deeper meaning for his help. He is tender, yet distant, and one can only assume his motivation. |
