A slice-of-life short film that reflects the everyday struggles of a young working class. Shepard has run away from home with his older, mentally disabled sister to escape thier mothers abusive boyfriend. As Shepard seeks peace with his past he finds unforseen wisdom from the most unlikely source. He’s determined to protect his sister, but can he let down his defences to allow a human connection? |
