Remarkable car commercial-fantasy. Pas de deux protagonists dance through tapestry of Disney-esque vignettes, ranging from princess/dragon trope to post-modern ‘home of the future.’ Cars make their appearances on piles of balloons and delivering invisible guests to make-believe nuptual dinner party. The dragon and “Magic Charmer” (a mysterious, teleporting mime) likewise succumb to the joy. The newlyweds have no need for sleep, following up their successful soiree with a final dance on the clouds - which may be a dreamy euphemism for consummation. |
