This is a story about the female emigants from Georgia who flocj developed countries in search of poorly paid jobs. Tamara lives and work in Itally. She takes care of an old lady named Paola. Her job allows her to save up some money and to support her children who live with their father in one of Georgias tiny villages. Meanwhile, her husband dies in a car accident but he illegal status does not allow her to eave Italy. Unable to attend his fneral, she decides to participate to the ceremony via the long ditance cellular call. |
