A powerful and corrupt businessman ignores his wife and children and lives with his mistress, but is arrested for his activities following the military coup of May 1962. After being released from prison, he finds his wife waiting for him in front of the jail. Ignoring her, he goes to the home of his mistress, only to find that she is no longer there.
