Meet Marcus. A ten year old boy with an imagination the size of a soccer stadium and one who dreams of playing in The World Cup. But first, he’s going to need a ‘big league ball’. As Marcus’ fantasy and reality begin to overlap, he finds himself dodging the worlds most skilled and dangerous players on the field, while battling the neighborhood’s nastiest dog. Goal! is an homage to the spirit of young soccer fans the world over. From the day they get a hold of their first ball, to endless day dreaming that one day, they might just play in the big game! |
