This contemplative small town in the US-State of Washington suffered tremendously from the great depression, and disaffection almost turned it into a ghost town. Relief came in form of an aspiring idea. Not only did this new concept save the town from dying, but it currently brings more than 2 million visitors a year. “Herzlich Willkommen in Leavenworth!” Enjoy it, and escape for a little while. |
