Dr Frank Stranges has been investigating mysterious flying saucers from his laboratory in America in 1958. Two FBI agents have been sent to obtain the information that the doctor has discovered. The Hungarian has discovered a secret plot to takeover the Earth using flying saucers and various weapons such as ‘mind destroying waves’.
