Three actors meet at a theater in Croton Falls upstate New York. During 11 days they will be working on August Strindberg’s famous play Miss Julie with the aim to save Julie from the obligatory suicide. The director gives the actors there weapons to use: 1) Sadomasochism 2) Psychoanalysis 3) Reality. The line between their personas and the characters are blurred when discourse become practice and the drama is given new life. |
