An 88 year old senior citizen, Fay, moves from her home of 65 years to an assisted living facility. In this documentary, Fay allows us to see firsthand the emotional and physical obstacles that face all senior citizens as they embark on the transition from independence to assisted living. The film will also explore how family members are affected by the move as well as other life challenges. Through her sense of humor, her willingness to give to others, and her love for baking, Fay gives us a slice of her life transition, through the eyes of The Cake Lady. |
