The Duke Lemur Center is a research center in Durham, North Carolina. Lemurs are an endangered species native to Madagascar and the Duke Lemur Center houses the worlds largest population of lemurs outside of that country. Chris Smith, education specialist, describes his role at the center and the history of the facility, while taking us on tours to see the animals. |
