Charles McDonald of Bellevue, Ky., maneuvers through grass, snow and mud, over obstacles, and up hills, as he races in the growing sport of cyclocross. At first glance, it may not be obvious, but there’s something that separates him from the rest of his competitors: he races with one arm. McDonald tells his story of becoming a bicycle racer after becoming an amputee in this short documentary. He rides to stay alive. |
