Contact Print: Edward Colver is a short documentary about the photographer and artist Edward Colver. In the late 1970s and 80s, Colver documented with exceptional skill the seminal punk rock scene in Los Angeles. His iconic images have been used on countless album covers, zines, and retrospective films often without credit. However, this is not a film about punk rock. It is a profile of a man’s experiences and subsequent expressions over thirty years later. It attempts to answer the question: What is happening to the ‘no future’ generation as they are experiencing their futures? I completed this film during my senior year of high school. |
