Barry is a gym instructor at the ‘Cardinal Hotel’ in which Robert is a guest for the weekend. After a wedding party arrives for the weekend, Barry convinces his work colleague Darren that they should join the party at the club after the celebrations. Robert is a science graduate who is receiving a research a grant for his work on cosmic magnetism. However, unlike Barry, he has no confidence in social situations. It becomes obvious that he has thinking about this and despite his great achievements in life, he is not happy. Robert is given an opportunity by Barry to develop in a social environment in the mold of Erika. Erika initially sees him as just another client, however Erika’s meeting with Robert makes her think about past opportunity’s and where her choices in life have led her.
