As a child, Lauren Rothman performed in a play that children were made to perform in during the Holocaust. As a teen she traveled to Rwanda to learn about a genocide in which one million were killed in 100 days. Her film makes connections between the Holocaust and the Rwandan genocide and asks us all to consider what part we play when we are inhumane towards others. |
