Based on a true story about a father that is refused to see his children. In spite this fact, he has a strong urge to be with them. One summer evening, he sneaks them out of the house of his ex. wife to pick flowers and to play in the fields. Then they return to the house where he lifts them back into the house trough a window and the children hide the flowers they picked together with their beloved father. This is a visual film that shows the Swedish summer idyll in contrast to a tragic family situation. The film is set in the turn of the century. |
