A girl runs away from a music exam, clarinet in hand. Meet Alice. Loosed upon the world and free from the military routine of her home life for one whole hour, our quirky heroine traverses the world with a wide-eyed wonder. With her rather odd perspective on the world, Alice finds herself leaving a lasting impact upon the various characters she comes across along the way: a man nervously proposing to his fiancée, two schoolgirls with very differing outlooks on life, and finally a businesswoman having a very bad day. With the clock ticking, Alice attempts to rid herself of the clarinet that has come to define her entire existence, seeking a fresh start. The only problem is, she just can’t seem to let go. |
