When it has nothing, it may not be the end but a new beginning. Argentina. An old gas station lost in the immensity of the ancient transcontinental road is the refuge of introspective Leon (César Troncoso). With few words, small gestures and no friends, his solitude is broken only by either any trucker passing by to fuelling. Or by the always good-humored visits of the sarcastic Silas (Nelson Diniz), a biker with air of retired hippie. Time passes slowly in the old roadside. Until the day that the enigmatic and unexpected arrival of Ana (Fernanda Moro) radically transforms the Leon and Silas everyday. At the bottom of the majestic Cordilheira dos Andes, secrets that seemed to be deep buried come to the fore, reopening old wounds and forever changing the lives of the protagonists. |
