When death comes unexpectedly, how will you plead your case? CLEMENCY is a Christian film dealing with unforgiveness. A middle-American Christian family living the American dream, is turned upside down when one of the sons becomes addicted to drugs and murders his parents. After he is sent to prison, his twin brother harbors unforgiveness towards him and struggles to find it in his heart to forgive his brother. A compelling tale of better late than never. We live in a world where tomorrow is not promised to anyone, so the time we exhaust on earth is crucial, especially when it comes to eternity. Daniel is your average Christian. He goes to church, sings the occasional songs in the choir and reads his bible occasional, usually on Sunday during service. Yet he lives his life in accordance to Daniel. Yet underneath Daniel is damaged goods. Although Daniel has effectively been able to mask himself and the world away from the scars left behind as a result of his painful past, Daniel is soon about to learn that the requirement of reconciliation is much different in the spirit world. Daniel’s fate soon finds its out the hard way that the devil is real and that he is uses circumstances, situations and unresolved issues to become his real adversary. Daniel’s realization about unforgiveness, when left unchecked, will cause more harm than good.
