In March 2012, Scott Stapp (lead singer of band Creed) came to Japan with his wife, Jaclyn Stapp, and visited areas affected by the March 11, 2011 tsunami and earthquake. ‘After the Rain’ documents their trip as they visit housing shelters where the organization IsraAID is using music therapy to help traumatized victims, meet survivors who lost people close to them, and Scott performs a very special USO show at Yokosuka Naval Base in honor of the people who helped execute Operation Tomodachi, the U.S. military response to the disaster. |
