Faten, a young country NSW woman who is following in the footsteps of her father, finds herself shouldering the responsibilities of keeping her family afloat after his tragic vehicle accident. With her sister and mother, Faten moves to Sydney to live with family, with a mixed reception as the support her family gives them clashes with moving to the city. Confronted by memories of her father she must find a way to release her guilt, find her identity and a way to accept her past if she is to live her future.
