“Crop” is a short documentary shot in a small town in Northern California. The film compares Russ Kerr, a barber, and Pat Judah, a surfboard shaper. Focusing on the use of the subjects’ hands, “Crop” looks to draw comparisons and examines both subjects’ personalities and crafts. The film uses each character’s voice and stories to propel the audience through their world and how they work. |
