A young woman’s life is paralleled with a dance she preforms in her dreams in attempts to dissociate from reality. As a child her father sexually abuses her and as a grown woman she falls into a trap of sex work and drugs with her boyfriend as a pimp. Eventually she cannot escape the bleak reality as darkness enters not only her life but her dance as well. |
