A window into Lebanon’s flourishing creative culture and how political instability and the uncertainty of the future shape the lives and works of artists. A common trait that unites the ten artists is their talent to use their art as tools for transcending sectarian divisions and encouraging freedom of thought. An alternative rock band’s music band’s rehearsal, an architect’s analysis of half-built structures and a painter’s reflections on his choice of colors, reveal the process by which Lebanese artists transform sketches, spaces and ideas into vibrant and dynamic art works.
