Fearing terrorist activities CM orders that Anti Terrorists Squad be formed with Durga Prasad as head and he is ordered to report to CM once a week. The human right guys alleges that he harasses some people known to support terrorism. The pressure increases on Durga as investigation progresses. But still he goes on his investigation.
