Husam, a young, middle eastern man, has been living in Australia for only a few years. He has a steady relationship with Caris, a beautiful Australian girl. Husam has always been a bit strange and has always felt like an outsider, never quite comfortable with who he is. Recently he has been acting weird, and Caris is worried. She does not know what is going on as he is being elusive and aloof. Husam is suffering because he has lost his entire family in a bombing accident overseas. Angry and vulnerable, Husam has been groomed by a terrorist cell and has committed himself to an act of Jihad. With time running out, Caris sets out to intercept him and convince him life is worth living. |
