This entry of Universal’s series of “Musical Western” shorts is a partial remake of the company’s 1941 “Man From Montana” starring Johnny Mack Brown,and incorporates footage from that film also. Sheriff Tex Williams is caught in the middle of a range war between Montana cattlemen and the homesteaders, which is being inflamed by outlaws working both sides against each other. |
