Frank (Frank Orth) is the second husband of Ann, (Ann Codee)whose first husband disappeared. Hubby-One was a circus strong-man and Ann constantly hold him up as the model that Frank should be, but isn’t. Frank has plans to show him up if he ever shows up gain. He does, and Frank’s plans go awry. |
