The political boss wants to marry the mayor’s daughter, but she is in love with a young fellow and will not have him. The plot consists of the attempts made by the girl’s father and the boss to prevent the young couple from marrying. They finally solve the problem by inducing the captain of the vessel to marry them at sea. |
