In a small Czech village lost somewhere at the end of the first great war, 9-year old Lisa misses the father who never came back. Her beautiful mother has fallen for a new fiancee, Jan, but Lisa can’t stand the idea. Before the wedding, Jan will try one more magical little surprise to win her over.
