A man jailed for 3 years tells the story of ‘The Blooming’ A coming of age ritual that binds the participant to his or her culture and family. Society breaks apart when one male participant refuses the ceremony because he believes in something different to his kin. His family and friends struggle to understand him while the people of the tribe begin to punish him for his decisions. The case begins as he runs for faith and is hunted for his decisions. |
