Raúl Salas is the general secretary of a major union in Córdoba, Argentina who is trying to fight the union politics as best he can despite continual defeat. It is a time of unrest, around 1975, and Salas watches and hopes that what he builds will last. However, even the greatest of leaders can only do so much. |
