‘Telephone’ is a short, strange meditation on the ways we commonly communicate. Like the game we used to play when we were younger, ‘Telephone’ shows us that with all of the walls separating us from the people we are hoping to connect with, the original, true message gets lost. The result is a lack of understanding, and an increase in miscommunication, voyeurism, and isolation. |
