Soren (Jim Sturgess), a young barn owl, is kidnapped by owls of St. Aggie’s, ostensibly an orphanage, where owlets are brainwashed into becoming soldiers. He and his new friends escape to the island of Ga’Hoole, to assist its noble, wise owls who fight the army being created by the wicked rulers of St. Aggie’s. |

One of the most beautiful animated movies ever
Forgot all about this movie…absolutely stunning CGI with some really great slow-mo action scenes played to a great soundtrack. Great movie all around, i highly recommend giving it a watch if you haven’t done so already..a true adventure flick but with incredibly rendered Owls through CGI. I give this a solid 9/10!
