Ensemble Vide is a independent film made by young directors from Montreal. Working low on budget but moreover determine, the group’s first feature film, manages to explore the limits between narrative, non-narrative, documentary and experimental cinema. Being at first a non-commun narrative film, it seems more accurate to define the movie as a visual experience. Trying to summarize it in a few sentences does not give a fair representation of what it’s actually about. Indeed, it is better to leave the description as simple as possible, such as a nihilistic fable with philosophic questionings . |
