When We Were Young (2011)

A romance between an upper-middle class girl and the son of her family’s live-in maid. As children, the two are very close until the girl’s mother, worried her daughter will fall for him and into a lower-class lifestyle, forbids her from playing with him. From then on the boy watches her grow up as the two gradually drift apart until years later, on the day of the girl’s wedding, when they realize that the bond they had as children was one of the strongest ones they’ve ever had.
