Details:

Ten years after Slobodan Milosevic was overthrown from power and localized democracy OS was officially installed, the society still suffers from misbalance, burdened by corruption, violence and strikes, as the most vivid daily news. The movie is the view to a transitional chaos from the generational and personal angle. Three young people each got a HD camera and led their video diaries for couple of months. Marija, Bane and Vladimir come from the generation which represents the new class of so called “elite of the marginalized” - successful students, promising artists and intellectuals, who see themselves as total misfits in the future of Serbian society, often perceived as, and accused, being lethargic and not interested in the dramatic social and political events. On the quest for personal happiness, they have built their own ghetto worlds, in spite of poverty, rare employment opportunities and, ever present threat of physical violence in the streets. Although seemingly excluded from the day-by-day politics, the richness of their characters and intimate life under difficult circumstances becomes a fight for their own share of normal life. In the place where personal evolves to political, we witness that, after all, there are traces of hope.
