After Veselin Sljivancanin moves to a small town after serving his prison sentence, the locals have mixed reactions. Some are scared of him, some are annoyed by him, while others just want to be good neighbors. Eusebius and Momcilo are surprised that he chose to be their neighbor. Sljivancanin wants to turn a new leaf, but cannot find a job. He finally does find a job as a census taker, but things get out of hand quickly because Eusebius and Momcilo do not want to give their private data to him… |
