12 year old Charlie lives with his distant figure of a Father, his parents having recently divorced. On the week of Charlie’s 13th birthday he discovers his Father dead in bed. Shocked, Charlie keeps the body a secret; in this time he discovers his Father’s vibrant and exciting past life; the hidden memories that have been forgotten in time and he begins to feel closer to his Father. The wonder of this past life cannot stay forever, as his estranged mother turns up unexpectedly. It ends poignantly with Charlie lying closer to his dead Father than he has ever done before.
