According to the Bureau of Statistics, there is still 1 % of illiterate people in the country. How does one such illiterate individual, Tvrtko Kotromancucic, manage when he is looking for a job? How is he going to find the street when he doesn’t know how to read? When he gets mail, he must ask his neighbor to read it for him. He doesn’t even distinguish numbers.
