Jin-sen Ho runs a small factory in the countryside of Tainan. His older parents, who have Alzheimer’s disease, always chatter about the old memories that they took Jin-sen Ho to the mountains and grew pineapples in the fields. The pineapple field that was resold a long time ago has always been a deep regret for Jin-sen Ho and his father. In order to provide his son, Lin Ho, with better education , Jin-sen Ho has to take him to the art cram school in town every week. Lin Ho suffers from the forced=feeding type of education. As time goes by, the past repeats among the three generations. Some memories are lost while others continue. The Ho family gaze at the mystery of life. |
