Nycholas Stillson (Jamie Groves) is a quiet, introverted teenager who is trying to cope with his day-to-day life at school and home. With an alcoholic mother and a father who doesn’t seem to know he exists, Nycholas’ life takes a huge turn when he discovers the body of a young girl (MacKenzie Anne Beckman), hidden in an old barn, on his way home from school. Not knowing what he should do, Nycholas internally compares his own loneliness with that of the dead girl. And when he comes to realize some truths about his own life, he comes to find love… in dead places. |
