Rose reads her nursing school book in Inwood Park when suddenly she hears a noise from the trees. Her curious nature takes over—much to the chagrin of rookie park ranger Garth Stern. He informs Rose that she lunched in a nature sanctuary and demands that she leave at once. Determined to spot the elusive chipper finch of Inwood, Rose scampers off into the forest. What follows is an awkward, honest, and subtle adventure between two people searching for a connection as they seek to catch a glimpse of the fleeting bird. |
