Doctor Galipeau has a brother, Emile, whose wife has just given birth to a baby boy and who dreams of owning a house. He has just examined Louis Martinet, an old man who, according to him, is in the last stages. That is why he advises Emile to purchase Martinet’s house for an annuity.
