A married woman unpacks at a vacation home by the sea and reminds herself of the times she has waited for her husband to arrive. In their bedroom closet she comes across a dress that brings back a vivid and emotionally-overwhelming memory of an afternoon they once spent together. Why must she forget that afternoon? Why is she so angry with him and determined to get rid of the clutter he has left in their home? As she tries not to watch the clock we start to understand. THAT DRESS is a film about what it means to be in love that is an uncompromising but compassionate journey into the human psyche. It is award-winning television and film writer Martin Stone’s first project as director.
