i find there’s only few of us that have the wise to recognise and enter into (unpaid) trauma cleaning. its a huge learning and can take its toll but thats what some of us are able to do. and i thank my friends for their comradery and love those that need it. to me its poverty that is the main instigator.

cute team of people in the doc, i love how they blur the line of self and judgment with empathy
such resilience and perspective from sandra.
also now im looking at my own accumulation of things, do i really need this? just because its sentimental? i actually threw out a bunch of stuff apparently and a family member was upset i got rid of it! cant win..
