This has kind of a Die Hard-ish sense to it, only not as much fun. The bad guy (Krause) had an interesting backstory I’d like to have explored more, as things got bogged down a little about 45 minutes in - but whatever. I like Mandylor, though; he’s cool in most things. Sad seeing Tom Sizemore, may he RIP. It felt as if he was improvising lines at times. The attractive young son looks like what you’d get if Jeffrey “Burn Notice” Donovan and Beto O’Rourke had a baby. I dare you to look at him and not see them both in him:-) Overall, not a terrible time-waster…just don’t expect a blockbuster like the one it copied.
