Ten Westafrican men come to Sweden as guest workers in the forest industry, planting trees. Contrary to previous agreements, they are paid on provision - and a minuscule amount. Francis won’t stand to work under the given conditions, where he can’t even afford his ticket to go back home. He tries to make himself a better future.
