AS a fan of the series I found this bland and boring. It doesn’t have the creepiness of the original. Good CAM quality.
How many Omens do we really need? There was the original Omen trilogy back in the 70ies, then there was the “meh” remake back in the early 00’s with Liev Shrieber and Julia Styles in it.
It seems like it is like the Exorcist series of movies…it.never.ends! LOL
“How many Omens do we really need?” 660 more to go.
Good cast, good acting, direction, and cinematography, but a weak script and general lack of anything remotely scary, let alone “terrifying.” I guess if you believe in the literal devil, YMMV, maybe?
There is one really good scene of Nell Tiger Free doing a kind of possessed body horror zombie interpretive dance, that might almost be worth the price of admission, but it’s too little too late.
couldn’t even come up with their own death scenes, used slight tweaks on the original ones which it doesn’t even touch. best to give this a miss IMHO.
I didn’t watch Omen and even though Bill Nighy is in this one, I still won’t watch it. But other news on Bill Nighy, he is going to be in a miniseries along with Sam Clafin, and Alexandra Roach are set to star in the psychological thriller miniseries. The series will center around a man who returns to his hometown following his father’s suicide; after a series of disturbing incidents, he starts to dig into a string of unsolved murders, which may be connected to both his father’s death and his sister’s decades-ago murder. Clafin will play the central character, Laz, while Nighy plays his father, Dr. Lazarus; Roach will play Laz’s living sister, Jenna. Lazarus will premiere on Amazon Prime Video; it has not yet set a release date yet.
tried to find a trailer or anything nothing yet but goona keep an eye for it love Bill
i watched all the old omen movies and frankly Hollywood needs some new blood cos enough is enough of remake after remake and it looks like now we are going back before the omen really get a grip and come up with some new stuff nor give some new writers a chance
